The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie directed by Michael Bay will have Bebop, Rocksteady, and Krang.
Michael Bay’s production team, Platinum Dunes, will be turning the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles into aliens for 2013’s movie reboot.
According to Stuff We Like, Bay said this at a Nickelodeon event in New York, “When you see this movie, kids are going to believe, one day, that these turtles actually do exist when we are done with this movie. These turtles are from an alien race and they are going to be tough, edgy, funny and completely lovable.”
This summer, Playmate Toys will be unleashing a toy line called the “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Classic Collection”. Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo, and Raphael are all here and look like they jumped right off the screen. Instead of resembling the more recent incarnations of the characters, these toys accurately depict the Turtles as they looked during their debut cartoon from the ’80s.
Each figure also comes with a signature weapon that should be familiar to anyone that has followed the franchise over the years. HOPE TO GOD THEY MAKE SLASH!!!
